Help with utility bill. Yes...I'm begging

I need help with a large utility bill. Does anyone know where or how I can get assistance by 7-21-2007. It is a utility bill and I need $1500 or my kids go in the dark. I guess at least it is not December. I've already been to the social services agency in my area. I am accepting donations at paypal ID JessiJessK@gmail.com I'll even take prayers. Thank you!
